Below are AVO's policies.

Customer Confidentiality

AVO Diagnostic Services agrees that any information it obtains about Buyer (other than information that is issued by Buyer in its published, publicly available materials and on the public portions of its website) irrespective of whether such information is disclosed to AVO Diagnostic Services in oral, written or visual form, shall remain Confidential Information. Confidential Information includes without limitation the equipment, maintenance operations, testing and monitoring programs, and field condition and sampling data originating by the Buyer, and the test data, diagnostics, engineering inspections, reports, or products and services associated with laboratory testing and engineering services. AVO Diagnostic Services agrees that Confidential Information will only be used by AVO Diagnostic Services and its affiliates (including, without limitation, entities having an ownership interest in AVO Diagnostic Services, entities in which AVO Diagnostic Services has an ownership interest, and entities under common ownership with AVO Diagnostic Services) in connection with the Buyer’s purchase and use of Products and Services, and in the generation and advancement of AVO Diagnostic Services or industry testing or engineering diagnostics. AVO Diagnostic Services agrees that it will maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and will not disclose or disseminate it to any third party without Buyer’s express, prior written consent, except as set forth above or as may be required by applicable laws.
